For their second release from the album « The Ninth Planet, » Boodman presents « Hiding Place » – a synthwave ballad with a retro-futuristic feel. The Canadian artist Jadhé lends his smooth R&B vocals to this unexpected and improbable collaboration, resulting in a track that remains synthetic and melodic, but with adecidedly pop twist ! This entirely composed and performed track on synthesizer with pure, analog sounds.

Live for RSI

🎧🎬 Live video alert 🎬🎧

A while ago Confederation Music honored me with an invitation to Radiotelevisione svizzera (RSI) to record a live modular synthesizer TV session. I personally have a small preference for the last track « Hope ». I had never played it before and I think it sounds pretty good. What do you think?I had to cross all of Switzerland by train with my wheeled flight case of 50Kg but what a pleasure!
Thank you MarcoThe result is amazing, I think, thanks to the hard work of Marco, Nick and his crew 🖤

Twins From Lima > video clip

« Twins From Lima » is the song that closes my album
« S U B S E Q U E N T« .
I made the video clip myself. It symbolizes a double intrauterine journey and a double delivery. A melodic and deep downtempo ballad which oscillates between pain and deliverance, darkness and light.

« Imago » – Modularsynthesizer & Laser

This piece was recorded live in a single take during the video-performance: « Imago » also (Sputnik exercice 4)
(Please, listen with headphones or good quality audio system)

Purchase this track on Bandcamp: https://boodaman.bandcamp.com/track/imago

It was played (dawless) on a Eurorack modular system 100% Sputnik Modular to closely recreate the West coast synthesis and the sounds of a Buchla.

Projections are carried out with an IDLA laser controlled by the modular system via a module from the company LZX.
