Boodaman est une formation qui dispense des sonorités électronique au sens large du terme.
A l?initiative et sous la houlette de Stéphane Caviglioli (compositeur/producteur & amateur de chocolat) gravitent Cédric (percussions/ claviers & more & more...), Gilly (chant & beauté), Dynamike (MC/chant & relations publiques) et tous les autres guest.
Le premier album : "New environment" sorti en 2006 sur le label Pragma music à cèdé la place au deuxième opus: "Century of the" qui sort sur Aga...ga! rec. en 2008.
Avides de création, ils explorent une multitude de courants musicaux et produisent des dizaines de titres inclassable et hétéroclites. Ouverts à toutes les musiques dites électroniques, il est inutile d'essayer d'étiqueter Boodaman. Sur CD ou en live, on passe du trip hop au reggae, de la tek-house à la musique irlandaise, de l'électro à la drm'n'bass en un rien de temps. Le fil conducteur: la rythmique marquée et la basse puissante.

Boodaman is an eclectic collection of sounds inspired by electronic music.
The initiative for this formation was taken under the wind of Stéphane Caviglioli (composer/producer and chocolate fan) orbiting this sphere we also find Cédric (percussionist/pianist and much much more), Gilly (singer and sweet), Dynamike (MC/singer and master of public relations), add to that a panoply of other featured guests, risings stars, and you get Boodaman.
The first album: "New Environment" was released in 2006 under the label Pragma Music, which was followed by "Century of the", out in 2008 under the Aga...ga! rec.
Born of creativity and experimentation, this most recent compilation explores the talent of each musician, influenced by world music, blues, pop, jazz, drum and bass. All this results in an hour purely unclassifiable and innovative music. Though clearly influenced by a common appreciation of electronic music, it would be pointless to try to label Boodaman as such. A live concert will vary from the trip hop song Sweet Premium to decidedly more electro instrument midi minuit, then swing into full reggae hip hop with Foot of the Elephant.. all these occasionally laced with some moroccan drum and jazzy piano.
In an age where all has to have a brand and a price, Boodaman is withholding from a generalization and sterilization of music to give free way to experimentation and a liberalization for more fun and variation...
